However, Ingram is averaging 1.4 ypc MORE, plus has added 225 receiving yards for another 3 TDs. All of this is coming against SEC defenses, which you mention positively in this article, while meanwhile calling USC's defense (against whom Gerhart had a good performance) as OVERRATED. So, Ingram is putting up better per carry numbers against - by your assertion - better defenses, yet Gerhart is the better player?
