Alabama’s Coach Cochran Will Get You Fired Up

Scott Cochran is The Alabama football head strength and conditioning coach who does everything he can to get his players ready for the season.

“If it feels good, you ain’t doing it right,” screams the hoarse Cochran at his players in the weight room.

If you have ever seen or heard Cochran in person you will instantly recognize his husky voice which is usually yelling.  Georgia fans may remember Cochran from a few years back due to a video during the ‘Bama warm ups before the game in which Cochran noted that the Bulldogs were going to wear their black jerseys in the game because “they’re going to their own funeral.”

For the Tide, Cochran is the motivator and inspiration of the players as seen in this video which aired on ESPN recently.

You can clearly see that Coach Cochran likes to get in their weight room with his players and take a personal interest in making sure they are the best players on the field come gameday. But outside the weight room he doesn’t turn it off one bit.
