Troy Polamalu Hair Insured for $1 Million

It’s official. Pittsburgh Steeler Troy Polamalu now has the most expensive hair in the NFL. He’s long joked that his ability to be one of the best defensive players ever comes from his locks and now there’s an insurance policy to prove just that.

In an effort to help promote their Head and Shoulders line of shampoos, which Polamalu is an endorsed sponsor, the company has issued a $1 million policy for the legendary Polamalu locks with Lloyd’s of London.

No specifics were given as to what would have to happen for the insurance policy to kick in but when Larry Johnson played with the Chiefs he might have had the right idea.
