Reuben Foster is the top ranked inside line backer in the nation according to ESPN and the 16th top prospect in the nation overall. Two years ago he had made a commitment to Alabama and be a member of the Crimson Tide, but in July he decided that wasn’t the best choice for him and changed his mind. He decided to attend rival Auburn and be a Tiger, but a disappointing 3-9 season led to the firing of head coach Gene Chizik ans top recruiter Trooper Taylor. So on a visit to Auburn this weekend he had a change of heart and stopped off at Alabama to meet with the Tide. After the visit he announced he would indeed go back to his original idea and attend Alabama this coming season.
What makes the story more entertaining is that after his commitment to Auburn he had the schools logo tattooed on his forearm. Now the 18 year old will need to make a decision on how best to make his bad decision a good one. Thoughts on what to do? Get the tattoo removed, add some words around the tattoo to make it a bit more entertaining, or appear on the Spike reality show Tattoo Nightmares where they take the worst are imaginable and turn it into something amazing. Not only would it get him some free ink it would surely get the show some much needed attention.
